Course Planning, Class Rank & Baseline Assessment
Setting the stage early. We map a four-year honors/AP course sequence around what your student's specific high school actually offers, build a deliberate GPA and class-rank strategy, establish effective study habits, and run a structured baseline assessment of the profile so we know where we are starting from and which target ranges are realistic.
Extracurricular Direction & Testing Strategy
Moving beyond generic checklists. Rather than collecting unrelated activities, we help your student choose a direction and commit to it long enough for depth to show — the multi-year commitment selective readers look for. We also launch a tailored SAT/ACT preparation timeline and begin the teacher and mentor relationships that later become recommendations.
Capstone Projects, Research & Recalibration

- The earliest decisions with lasting consequences are made in 8th and 9th grade: which math track a student enters, which honors sequences remain available later, and whether the extracurricular direction has enough runway to become genuinely distinctive. Beginning at that point means the four-year academic and extracurricular trajectory can be designed rather than repaired.
- Why does Nadia Moore begin with 8th and 9th graders?
- Because the advisory is a four-year relationship, not an application-season service. Course sequencing, class rank positioning, testing timelines, and long-horizon project work all compound, and each of them is easier to shape at the start of high school than in the middle of junior year.
- How many families do you work with?
- The cohort is capped at twelve families per cycle. The limit exists so that the research, the trajectory planning, and the direct principal hours each family receives remain undiluted; the practice is principal-led rather than staffed out to associates.
- What does the four-year advisory include?
- Four-year course and academic trajectory planning, extracurricular direction and authentic project or capstone development, a structured testing timeline, application narrative and essay strategy, and construction of the final college portfolio including the Early Decision decision. Parents receive ongoing visibility into where the profile stands.
- Do you do the student's work for them?
- No. The student writes the essays, runs the research, and builds the projects; our role is to teach, structure, and critique that work. An application only holds up under scrutiny when the student can speak to every part of it, and we make no guarantees about admission outcomes at any institution.
